Rania Kthiri is a PhD student at the IAE of Paris since November 2011. Her master thesis focuses on structuring a scale for measuring brand personality on Web sites. Her research is oriented around two basic themes; brand and social networks. Following this direction, Rania Kthiri conducts research on the emerging concept of conversational marketing. She is particularly interested in the relationship that the brands have with their audiences on social media.
